Two Master's degrees — one in History, one in Education — and a PhD in International Diplomacy from Vanderbilt. I have been a professor for two decades, currently training the next generation of social studies teachers. On paper, this has always been the work. And yet, somewhere along the way, the sense of success and the sense of alignment began to come apart.

Then I began to sense the existence of something more — a subtle energy that seemed to underlie experience itself. It was a powerful turning point. I started to embrace a path of personal growth, gathering ancient wisdom and modern energy work in parallel with the academic life, not in place of it.

Ever the scholar, I studied the phenomenon the way I had been trained to study any source — through primary texts and comparative analysis. Reiki, Hermetics, Kabbalah, Shamanism on the ancient side. Network Spinal Analysis, Higher Brain Living, Munay-Ki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming on the modern. What I found was that they were describing the same underlying system from different angles.

The method on this site is what two decades of that integration produced. Over the same period, I have taught more than 5,000 students in the classroom; the coaching practice grew out of what I learned about how people actually change. I work now to help individuals and organizations rediscover their own Soulfire, so that passion, clarity, and alignment become the default state rather than the exception.
