The framework draws on four traditions that developed precise models of internal alignment long before modern psychology existed, integrated with modern practice that makes the older frameworks testable and teachable. I studied these sources the way I was trained to study diplomatic history — through primary texts and comparative analysis. What I found is on the Method page.

Dr. Werner Lippert

Historian by training. PhD, Vanderbilt. Former professor at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. For two decades I have studied how ancient traditions encoded precise models of internal alignment, and how modern practice can render those models teachable. The method on this site is what that integration produced.
